Question and Answer

Menu > Dashboard > Create > Content

The Q&A feature will populate content in the "Ask and Expert" section. This section will list questions from users and responses from your staff. 

For example, an alum may ask a question about how to regain the trust of their loved ones. Using the Q&A post, you can post a response from one of your clinicians. Once posted users can read them, react to them, and even post a comment.

When creating a Q&A post you'll be prompted to input:

  • Title (question)
  • Description (answer)
  • Who asked it
  • Who answered it
  • The date/time to post it
  • Which group (if you have multiple groups) it should be posted to

Once posted, these entries can be viewed in the app under the "Ask an Expert" section.
